pravRuttE Sastra saMpAtE dhanu rudyamya pANDava: || hRuShIkESaM tadA vAkya mida mAha mahIpatE| arjuna uvAcha:- sEnayO rubhayOr madhyE rathaM sthApayamE achyta|| yAva dEtAnnirIkShEhaM yOddhukAmA navasthitAn| kairmayA saha yOddhavyam asmin raNa samudyamE|| yOtsyamAnA na vEkShEhaM ya EtEtra samAgatA:| dhArtarAShTrasya durbuddhEr yuddhE priyachikIrShava:|| |

Translation:
Sanjaya says: Arjuna with Hanuman or Siriya Thiruvadi on his chariot flag glanced at the shaken kaurava army. Then he turned towards Lord PArthasArathy and said thus, "O Lord, take my chariot in between the two armies. I would like to prepare myself on the details of war such as - who are my enemies, who should be fought with and in which way. I would like to make a note of those who have joined forces with the evil minded duryOdhana".
